John M Simmons Family and Brazilian Barbecue

With Brazilian Barbecue (Churrascaria) the server brings meat, on spits, to the table and each guest chooses where they want the cut of meat made for themselves. The guest uses personal tongs (which are not used for eating) to move the cut to their own plate. James will show you how it's done in the next picture.
