Solyanka (Russian Meat Soup)

Solyanka with fresh lemon and sour cream.
Ingredients:
1 cup Sliced Pepperoni
1/2 cup sliced Dry Salami
1/2 cup sliced Ham
1/2 cup sliced Summer Sausage
2 Small Dill Pickles: slivered
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
6-8 cups water
1 Bay Leaf
1 TB Lemon Juice
1 Fresh Lemon Sliced
Directions:
Put 5 quarts water in pot and put on med-high heat.
Slice meats in to 1/4 inch strips and stir fry 3-5 minutes.
Add to water: fried meats, pickles, olives, lemon juice and bay leaf.
Bring to a boil, and then simmer for minimum of 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot with a fresh slice of lemon.
Makes 6-8 servings
