Holly did a hot air balloon theme for James' first birthday. It was really apt because Holly and Mike got engaged on a hot air balloon. It was the cutest first birthday you have ever seen and it was really low budget. Holly decorated paper lanterns that she got at a local craft store to use for the inside decorations. What a creative mom!
